Show Statement:
Retold throughout the centuries, this story is well known. Because of its familiarity, we often overlook the incredible richness described. There are so many nuances, so much imagery, so much depth and theology behind the narrative. Long has this story captivated me. In order to grasp a deeper understanding of the tale, I studied an archaic language, reread the ancient text over and over, and consulted countless sources. My fascination with the past has led me to paint intangible ideas. These pieces are visual interpretations of the Fall as I see it.
